KEITH HARRELL
Board President
The Boeing Company, Configuration EngineerMy board service began in 1994. Over the years I have served in a variety of positions, including board president. Little Red School House provides hope at a time when many families are not sure what the future holds. The staff help children and families cope with the myriad issues that often come when a child has developmental disabilities and/or delays. As a parent of a child with Down Syndrome, our family has received the benefits of Little Red's services, which is part of why I have continued my involvement with Little Red long past my child's time there. Little Red is a true blessing for all who are served by the agency!

DENNIS BOLGER
Board Treasurer
Sharp Business SystemsI became aware of Little Red about 10-years ago and was invited to take a look by an old friend from the Exchange Club of Everett. It wasn't until 2004 that I actually joined the board. Kids have always been a priority in my life. Being involved with Little Red allows me to be a part of many children's lives. I have watched children with special needs truly maximize their potential through the efforts of the staff of Little Red. For that, I am truly grateful to serve.

ELIZABETH SHEA

Little Red is special to me because the staff are dedicated to opening up the world to children and their families by improving their ability to communicate and interact successfully and by providing support and (hopefully) a sense of community among those families facing additional challenges associated with developmental delays and disabilities.

TONIA GOODWIN
Community Member
As a substitute para-educators, one of Tonia's favorite places to work is in the developmental pre-school and seeing the progress the children make. "It is rewarding to see what a difference early intervention can make. When a new child comes to the class, the teacher often tells me they just came over from Little Red," Tonia shares.
Knowing about the United Way Day of Caring, this past year Tonia recruited some of my fellow stay at home mom’s to take on a project. Wanting to do something with that involves children, they chose to work at the Little Red Everett facility, enjoying a day of painting and doing yard work as well as learning about Little Red.
Tonia believes that Little Red make a difference in our community and has seen seen first hand how early intervention can get children ready for school. Tonia was born and raised in the Northwest., and her and her husband, Jerry, live in Mukilteo with their boys, 12 and 9 years old. -
